Basic Information

The Mental Health and Music class will take place on Saturdays, starting Saturday, May 11th at 2 PM. We will discuss the roll of music in mental health and the role of mental health in music. The J-RO team sees this class as a sort of test for topics that will eventually be implemented into normal classes. To begin with, we will focus on three major factors that affect practicing and performing: anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination.
