Do you enjoy learning? Have you ever experienced boredom, frustration, doubt, fear, or anxiety that prevented you from reaching your goals? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Emotional Health and Music Class at the J-RO School of Music may be right for you! Through this class, you will:

Basic Information
The Mental Health and Music class will take place on Saturdays, starting Saturday, May 11th at 2 PM. We will discuss the roll of music in mental health and the role of mental health in music. The J-RO team sees this class as a sort of test for topics that will eventually be implemented into normal classes. To begin with, we will focus on three major factors that affect practicing and performing: anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination.
